Supporting Others

HWB champion

Could you be a health and well being champion?

A HWC is someone who is passionate about health and wellbeing, wants to help raise awareness of health topics and wants to contribute to a positive culture. This can be anyone in the organisation, regardless of role or experience.

The role is voluntary, and can be a great addition to a CV. It is a good opportunity to develop and practice skills such as communication, persuasion and motivating others. There is also the opportunity to gain some public health knowledge, access CPD opportunities and be a part of the trust approach to MECC (Making every Contact Count).
